How collection works
- Place your order online and select Collect from RDM Parts under the delivery options. You will not pay any delivery costs.
- We prepare your order.
- We will always call or email you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
- Only come after receiving that notification, during our opening hours. Give your name or order number at the counter.
Ordering directly at the counter
You can also visit us without placing an order and order at the collection counter. Please allow for a waiting time of 10 to 15 minutes, as we need to retrieve the item from our warehouse. This is only possible if the item is in stock.
Tip: call us or order online before you come. We will then have your order ready and you will not have to wait.
