We ship parts throughout Europe and to a number of countries outside Europe. In this article, you can read about the available shipping options, the shipping costs per country, when shipping is free and when your order will arrive.

Shipping costs per country (UPS)
All amounts are in euros and excluding VAT, and apply to standard parcels. A dash (–) means that the option is not available for that country. You will always see the exact amount at checkout, before you finalise your order.

When is shipping free?
If you order above the amount shown below, you will not pay any shipping costs. The applicable amount depends on the currency in which you pay.

Free shipping applies to UPS Standard and Hellmann. If you choose another shipping method, such as an express shipment, you will pay the costs of that method.

Delivery via Hellmann (the Netherlands only)
Do you order for business purposes and have your order delivered in the Netherlands? We can then deliver your order via Hellmann Night Star Express. Hellmann delivers during the day or at night, so that your parts are with you before the start of the working day.
Please note: you cannot choose Hellmann yourself at checkout. We will first register you with Hellmann and set up your account. You will then see Hellmann listed as a shipping method.
- Daytime delivery. Hellmann delivers to your address during the day. Only registration by us is required for this.
- Night delivery. Hellmann delivers at night, before 08:00, without anyone needing to be present. You need a secure delivery location that the driver can access at night: a night box or night hatch, a delivery box with an access code, or a key managed by Hellmann for you.

Pallets and large shipments
Some items are too large or too heavy for a parcel and are shipped on a half or full pallet. Pallet shipping is available for delivery in the Netherlands and Germany. If you are having your order delivered to another country, ask us for a price.
Surcharges for large or heavy parcels
The shipping costs above apply to standard parcels. For large or heavy parcels, UPS charges a surcharge, which we pass on to you:

Are you expecting a large or heavy shipment? Please contact us in advance. We will be happy to help you find the most economical way to ship it, for example by pallet.
When will my order arrive?
The delivery time is shown for each item on the product page. If you order several items, the item with the longest delivery time determines when your order will be ready for dispatch.
As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email. It will state the day on which we will dispatch your order. Once the parcel is on its way, you will receive the tracking information by email.
Is your country not listed?
We can usually ship to a country that is not on the list. However, we do not know the shipping costs in advance. You can then place an order in two ways:
Option 1: order online using the Collection shipping option
- Simply place your order in our online shop.
- Choose Collection from the shipping options.
- An RDM Parts employee will contact you about the shipping costs to your country.
- Once you have agreed, we will ship your order to the address you provided.
Would you prefer to have your order collected by your own carrier? That is also possible: mention this when placing your order, and we will have everything ready for your carrier.
Option 2: request a quotation
Request a quotation using the Request a quotation button in your basket and include the full delivery address. We will then include the shipping costs in the quotation straight away, so that you know exactly what you will pay in advance.
Countries we do not ship to
Due to sanctions and export restrictions imposed by the European Union, we do not ship to the following countries and areas:
- Russia
- Belarus
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Crimea and Sevastopol
- Regions that are involved in geopolitical conflicts.
This also applies to orders forwarded to one of these countries or areas via another country. The list of sanctions may change. We check every order and may refuse or cancel an order if it falls under EU sanctions or export restrictions.
Delivery outside the European Union
Please note: for delivery outside the European Union, the recipient pays import duties, taxes and customs clearance costs. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs.
UPS will contact the recipient directly about this, before or at the time of delivery. The customs authorities in the destination country determine the amount of these costs; we cannot calculate this amount in advance.
