You log in to the online shop with your email address and password. Have you forgotten which address your account is registered under? We can look it up for you. This cannot be done automatically via the online shop, as otherwise anyone could find out whether an address is known to us.

| Postcode and house number | For the address where you have your orders delivered. |
| Possible email address | The address you think may have been used. Feel free to provide more than one. |
| An order number | From a previous order, if you have it to hand. This is the quickest way for us to find your account. |
We will check whether an account exists and contact you with the outcome. We will only provide the email address if the details you provide match the information we have on record.
