Have you forgotten your password? You can set a new password in just a few minutes. All you need is the email address for your account.
How to set a new password

Go to the Forgotten password page
Open www.rdmparts.com/account/recover. You can also get there via the login page: click "I have forgotten my password" below the input fields.

Enter your email address
Enter the email address you use to log in to your account, and click "Send email".

Open the email you receive
The email will always come from info@rdmparts.com and contains a link to reset your password.
Please note: if you receive a similar email from a different sender address, do not click the link. We only send this email from info@rdmparts.com.

Choose a new password
Enter your new password twice and confirm it. Keep it in a safe place, for example in a password manager.

Log in
Go to www.rdmparts.com/account/login and log in with your email address and your new password.
Haven't received an email?
Check the following before contacting us:
| Wait a few minutes | The email usually arrives within a minute, but it may take a little longer. |

| Check your junk email | Automatic emails often end up in the junk email or spam folder. |
| Check the address | Did you make a typing error, or use a different address from the one with which the account was created? Try again with the correct address. |
| Does the account exist? | You will not receive an email without an account. If you have never placed an order, create an account via "I don't have an account yet". |
