Would you like to cancel an order or change something, such as the quantity, an item or the delivery address? If so, email info@rdmparts.com as soon as possible.
How to cancel or change an order
Include the following in your email:
- your order number;
- whether you want to cancel the entire order, or what you would like to change;
- if you have a different delivery address: the full new address.
We will confirm by email whether the cancellation or change was successful.
Please note: the sooner you email us, the greater the chance that we can still stop your order. Has your order already been dispatched? You can no longer cancel it, but you can return it. See Returns within the EU or Returns from the United Kingdom and outside the EU.
Would you like to add an item?
Would you like to add something to an order? Place a new order in the online shop and email info@rdmparts.com to let us know that you would like to receive the orders together. We will check whether this is still possible.
